I would advise to keep details about past sexual encounters private unless specifically asked about it by your partner. It just leads to problems and jealousy. Don't ask, don't tell. Honestly, I'd go so far as to not even follow each other on socials, because then it leads to “why are you following so and so” and “why did you like that person's picture”? Just my opinion, but obviously you can't go back now.
