I can control my actions and i chose to ask her why he was touching her like that I didn’t know if i had done something wrong to make her mad at me and now she is with another guy but i had just had a complete miss understanding of the whole situation and i hate that i jump to the worst conclusion right away definitely something i need to work on not only in my relationships but in all aspects of my life

Depends on where you live. Many Europeans (especially eastern) do believe in conspiracies. It's kinda normal.
I've noticed that most of them don't believe any government, while people from the western countries believe almost everything the government says.
I think the reality is somewhere in between.

You’re going to have to have a conversation about this when she’s back from vacation. You write in another comment that you’re afraid of “sounding needy” by bringing it up, but that’s an idea you have to get over if you want to have a healthy adult relationship.
Needy would be you texting her constantly every day that she’s away and getting upset when she doesn’t devote her full attention to you while traveling. But asking her to discuss communication preferences during travel is just a totally normal conversation for two adults in a relationship.
None of us can tell you if she would be annoyed by a text right now, only she can.
