Its funny how people are so quick to call you controlling and insecure lol. From whats described in this post it seems like you have been nothing but respectful to this girl about this whole situation. As for the solution there isn’t really one. You have communicated what you are uncomfortable with and she has decided to still do what she wants (which is completely okay). Seems like you guys are incompatible.
I can see danger ahead. If she wants to contribute to the mortgage you could give her a tenancy agreement. That way she would still be renting and you can save some money.
You shouldn't give away half of your house. Not even if you marry her. That house should remain your property and that should also be true for any profits you make if you decide to sell it one day. What if it doesn't work out in a couple of years and you break up. She's still own half the house. That's an absolutely horrible idea!
