Everyone made good points, but I want to add something as well:
I've also been onder huge stress with studying. Studying all the time, not being able to go out, all that. No panic attacks but still. It takes a toll on us. You know who it also takes a toll on?? Our partners. They want to help us vut can only support. They can't really spend time with us. We're isolated and he often had to take care of you for your panic attacks probably if he was there.
