You don’t need to convert, if your kids are raised Jewish (circumcise them at 8 days lol not 25) and do at least their bar/bar-mitzvah they will be considered Jewish (even more so that their mom will be Jewish). You becoming Jewish would only be “extra” and I guess would make the dad more comfortable but that’s pretty much it. And the circumcision lol
