You WILL set an example for her later on how relationships should work and I'm telling you, you will harm her more if you allow this type of relationship into her life – how will you feel when your daughter later comes to you and says “dad, he/she/x did this again, I feel so used and manipulated” because that will be the people she will feel a connection to. Also, you WILL commit fraud if you keep this up and what will happen then? Did you think about this, too? What happens when someone finds out, if the BF finds out and poof, there's a bond over your head and a fine of xxx thousands of dollars or jail time.

Have you tried taking with him about this mat a time when you weren’t trying to be flirty/spontaneous? I think trying that would relieve a lot of pressure from both of you. Try talking about how it’s making you feel. Ask for his help in coming to a solution.
Counseling can help with this. And….if you knew in advance thst it’s always going to be like this, what would you do?
How so? Even if he hasn't been on that many dates, he spent 7 years with his ex-wife, he's got female friends etc.
I couldn’t be with someone who wanted to stay friends with her rapist. And now she basically wants to go on a date with him. There is something deeply wrong with that. You should find someone who isn’t this broken.

Mine slips in to either one, but I do both and love going fully out then back in, sometimes im not even sure what hole im in, just to give an idea on the other end.
