Yeah I would agree that abusive is strong language for this situation. Complete disrespect is how I’d categorize it.
That's literally not even the main issue…
Crazy that someone in their 30s would have this issue, I would expect this from someone who’s like in their early 20s. But even then, most people I know (friends or otherwise) at least have the decency to put it away when they are spending quality time with each other. I say this as someone who is also 24.
